α-Amine Ligation Profiling Informing N-terminal modification Enzyme selection

Listed below are all of the subtiligase variants that we have characterized using PILS. Click on a variant to see its PILS specificity heatmap. Because subtiligase binds to only the first two N-terminal residues of the peptide substrates, heatmaps show enrichment and de-enrichment for the 400 possible N-terminal dipeptide sequences. Sequences that are colored in blue are good substrates that are enriched compared to the input peptide library, while sequences colored in red are poor substrates that are de-enriched compared to the input peptide library.
